~Ingredients~
4 oz Crabmeat
16 Baby Bella mushrooms (cored)
8 oz Cream cheese
8 oz Freshly grated sharp cheddar
4 oz Parmesan reggiano
1 Tbsp Green onions (diced)
1 tsp Pink salt
2 tsp Ground black pepper
2 tsp Paprika
~Prep~
Pull out the core from the mushrooms being careful not to damage the rest of the mushroom. Dice the green parts of the green onions. Grate the cheddar cheese and mix with the parmesan reggiano. Let the cream cheese set out for 20-30 minutes to soften. In a bowl, mix crabmeat, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, parmesan reggiano and green onions into a paste. Now stuff the mushrooms, sprinkle on salt, pepper and paprika. Spray oil on a cookie sheet and place on all of the mushrooms.
